Simulation-only safety lock active

Version 1 is a local accounting simulation. The UI, APIs, discovery script, ledger, and audit trail must remain mock-only until a later explicitly approved phase. Manual candidate research stays separate and human review before action is required.

Read-only first policy

Future real-source work must begin as read-only research or manual candidate research, must be reviewed by a human before it can influence rankings, and must never move directly to automation. Any approved semi-automation still needs explicit sign-off and keeps simulation-only reporting separate from any later real-world evidence loop.

Human review queue

Existing simulation statuses double as a review queue. Approved items can be simulated once, rejected items stay out of the queue, and completed items remain audit history.

Future Integration Gate

Any future real-source integration must start as read-only evidence collection or manual candidate research, must be reviewed against the blocked category list, and must be explicitly approved before any automation is considered. Browser automation, checkout, account creation, payment, scraping bypass, and real-money execution remain out of scope for Version 1.
